Daun Jung

Daun Jung is an interior designer and spatial mediator based in London. Her work, spanning imagery, sculpture, and interior spaces, embodies her expansive vision of defining space. She poses practical and mediatory questions arising from the gap captured in the process of transforming non-material data into material space.

Having completed the RCA interior design program in 2023, she continues her journey as an interior designer at 'Brinkworth Design,' a London-based retail design agency.

Fractal House (2018)
This project is a compact one-person residential space design project with a mobile modular system. Living space should be guarantee privacy basically, but when a human is perfectly alone they feel anxiety. The space is essentially designed to ensure privacy but also to relieve the anxiety felt by being isolated.

There are four modules. This module is designed like a sliding shelf, the individual can get more extended space pushing the module. A single house expands objects through a set of rules, creating their own community space, such as the fractal phenomenon.
